MKM Contracts are specialists in Plastering and Flooring with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. We serve a wide variation of clients from a range of various business sectors to include the private residential sector, social housing developments, health care specialists as well as some of the biggest clients in the building development sector both in UK and Ireland.
Over the years we have built a reputation as a company who deliver professional workmanship with our Director Padraig Mc Atamney regularly on all sites to ensure all aspects of the projects are of an excellent standard through each stage from inception to completion.
This is why we have repeat custom from several major contractors across Northern Ireland, Ireland and the United Kingdom. We pride ourselves on the way we not only utilise business relationships toward achieving common project goals but also how we liaise and communicate the directional objectives of the project to ensure excellence as a standard practise for the company.
MKM have bases in both Northern Ireland & Ireland and several years ago diversified to serve the growing need for specialists Rendering and Plastering Services to set up a base in Fulham London. MKM offer highly skilled tradesmen who complete developments to a standard that enabled the company to be recognised within the Federation of Master Builders guild for excellence in this specified trade area.

Padraig Mc Atamney - Director
With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and a specialist in the plastering / rendering sector Padraig brought a wealth of knowledge to establish MKM as a market leader. He established this particularly within the area of restoration of heritage buildings through the use of lime and lath rendering systems which help preserve the originality of the buildings structure while also bringing it back to its former glory. As director, Padraig is always on site to ensure excellence from project inception, development and the envelopes stages of completion ensuring client satisfaction and and a high standard of work is maintained at all times.
Ailish Mc Atamney - Marketing Manager
Ailish worked at senior level in a governmental role for several years and has a background specialising in various areas of project promotion, marketing, management and budgetary control. Her experience in these various senior roles has enabled her to lead MKM and the team to achieve and sustain substantial project goals and objectives while also establishing MKM as a market leader in both Ireland and the British Isles.

Brian comes to MKM with a track record of excellence within the construction industry. His expertise and accuracy in surveying has been vital in MKM establishing key account relationships with contractors and organisations in London and England. He also oversees pricing and supports the negotiating stages of various contracts.
